(6) The company, by specifically placing an order for a current employer verification, even if the applicant might have indicated that he/she does not want the current employer to be contacted, shall have obtained the appropriate authorization from the applicant and shall assume the full risk of The R J Group contacting the current employer to conduct the verification.
